“Pathways to Stability” is a holistic program designed to provide comprehensive support services to homeless
individuals, with a focus on mental health rehabilitation and overall well-being. Through a multidisciplinary approach,
the program offers a wide range of activities and services tailored to meet the diverse needs of participants.
These services include:

✤Mental Health Rehabilitative Services & Continuum of Care:
Individual and group therapy sessions, counseling, and psychiatric support to address mental health challenges such as
depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse disorders.

✤Job Readiness Skills Training:
Workshops and practical training sessions focused on resume building, interview preparation, workplace etiquette, and
job search strategies to enhance participants’ employability.

✤Life Skills Training:
Comprehensive training in basic living skills, personal hygiene, meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping essentials, and
public transportation logistics to promote independence and self-sufficiency.

✤Financial Literacy and Money Management Strategies Training:
Educational workshops and coaching sessions on budgeting, saving, debt management, and financial planning to
empower participants with the skills needed for financial stability.

✤Parenting Support Services:
Guidance, resources, and support for homeless parents to navigate the challenges of parenting while experiencing
homelessness, including access to childcare services and parenting education programs.

✤Substance Abuse Recovery Support Services:
Individualized support, counseling, and access to substance abuse treatment programs, including support groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous.

✤Educational Advocacy Services:
Advocacy and assistance in accessing educational opportunities, including enrollment in GED programs, vocational
training courses, and educational scholarships.

Individualized case management to assess participants’ needs, develop personalized service plans, and coordinate
